The Dukers DCGM12 12-inch W Griddle with 1 Burner offers exceptional cooking performance in a compact design, suitable for various commercial kitchen setups. With a powerful single burner delivering 29,000 BTU/H, it ensures efficient heat distribution for consistent cooking results. It operates seamlessly on both Natural Gas (NG) and Propane, with respective gas pressures of 4” WC and 10” WC, catering to different kitchen setups. Featuring a spacious work area measuring 11.85" x 20.50", it provides ample space for cooking a variety of dishes. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. Equipped with independent manual controls and adjustable stainless steel legs, it offers flexibility and convenience in operation. The griddle comes with a heavy-duty 3/4” thick polished steel griddle plate and a full-length seamless drip pan, facilitating easy cleaning and maintenance.
