With a stainless steel exterior encompassing the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and over shelf, it ensures both durability and ease of cleaning. Its heavy-duty 12” x 12” removable, 3/4" steel plate griddle provides consistent heat distribution for optimal cooking results. The oven boasts a temperature range from 175°F to 500°F, offering versatility in cooking options. Standard features include a 3/4” NPT rear gas connection and regulator, two chrome oven racks per oven with multiple position oven rack guides, and an enamel interior oven for effortless cleaning. With 6" casters equipped with locks, mobility is made convenient, making it an ideal choice for bustling commercial environments.
