The Dukers DCR36-2B24GM 36" Gas Range with Two (2) Open Burners & 24" Griddle is a versatile and durable cooking appliance designed for commercial kitchens. Featuring a stainless steel exterior on all sides, including the front, back, kick plate, back guard, and over shelf, it ensures durability and easy maintenance. The heavy-duty 12” x 12” removable, 3/4" steel plate griddle provides even heat distribution for consistent cooking results, while the oven offers a temperature range from 175°F to 500°F for versatile cooking options. Standard features include a 3/4” NPT rear gas connection and regulator, two chrome oven racks per oven with multiple position oven rack guides, and an enamel interior oven for effortless cleaning. Equipped with 6" casters with locks, this range offers easy mobility, making it ideal for busy commercial environments.
