The Dukers DCR36-4B12GM 36" Gas Range with Four (4) Open Burners & 12" Griddle offers a durable and versatile cooking solution for commercial kitchens. Its stainless steel exterior ensures durability and easy maintenance, covering the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and over shelf. The heavy-duty 12” x 12” removable, 3/4" steel plate griddle provides even heat distribution, while the oven boasts a temperature range from 175°F to 500°F for various cooking needs. Standard features include a 3/4” NPT rear gas connection and regulator, two chrome oven racks per oven with multiple position oven rack guides, and an enamel interior oven for effortless cleaning. Equipped with 6" casters with locks, this gas range offers easy mobility, catering to the demands of busy commercial environments.
