This commercial-grade deep fryer features (2) powerful 1750 watt heating elements that ensure fast heating and quick temperature recovery ideal for daily use in restaurants, concessions stands, fast food and more. Steel fryer wells come with covers and can be easily removed for quick cleanup. A variable heating knob ensures the deep fryer can be adjusted to the precise temperature needed.
