The Winco EIC-400E is a commercial-grade portable induction cooktop burner designed for daily use in commercial-food service environments ideal for catering, tableside cooking, buffet line cooking and more. Powered by an 1800 watt electromagnet, this induction burner is powerful enough to bring water to a rolling boil faster than traditional gas or electric burners. Featuring adjustable heat settings from 1-10, induction cooking technology offers the heat responsiveness of a gas burner with the even heating of an electric burner for a truly superior cooking experience. With induction cooking, only the pan gets hot reducing the risk of accidental burns. A 180-minute timer offers a convenient automatic shutoff.
